Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using AI Engagement Photos, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account.

2. What the service provides

The service combines two separately uploaded reference photos into a new AI-generated engagement portrait. Results are synthetic images, not photographs from a real event or studio session.

Generation speed, facial similarity, clothing, hands, accessories, backgrounds, and other details can vary. Review every result before publishing, printing, or relying on it.

3. Upload rules and consent

• Upload only photos you own or are authorized to use, with permission from every identifiable adult shown.
• Do not upload minors, non-consensual intimate content, illegal material, identity documents, payment cards, or images intended for impersonation, fraud, harassment, or deception.
• Do not use the service to misrepresent an AI portrait as documentary proof of an event, relationship, identity, or endorsement.
• We may reject, remove, or suspend content and accounts that create legal, safety, or abuse risk.

4. Inputs, outputs, and usage rights

You retain rights you already hold in uploaded photos. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, copy, transform, and transmit those photos only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use generated outputs according to the purchase tier shown at checkout. The free preview, Basic, and standard packs are for personal use. Pro includes the commercial-use rights described on the pricing page. No tier grants rights to another person’s identity, trademarks, copyrighted material, or publicity rights.

The AI Use Policy at /acceptable-use is incorporated into these terms. It explains prohibited content, moderation, enforcement, and reporting procedures for the generation features.

5. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

• One accepted engagement generation uses one credit. Failed provider or required-storage requests are designed to return that credit automatically.
• Email verification grants one watermarked preview per account. HD packs and subscriptions produce unwatermarked output according to the tier shown at checkout.
• Subscription credits are granted for each paid billing cycle. One-time pack credits do not expire while the service and account remain available.
• Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Price changes apply prospectively and will be disclosed before they take effect.
• Taxes, exchange rates, and payment-provider fees may affect the final amount shown at checkout.

6. Availability and changes

We may change models, providers, limits, styles, or technical requirements to maintain quality, safety, or availability. We may temporarily pause generation during provider outages or security incidents.

We do not promise that every output will meet a particular aesthetic, preserve every detail, or be suitable for professional, legal, identity, or evidentiary use.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, obtaining permissions, and deciding whether a result is appropriate for your intended use.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Suspension, termination, and changes to terms

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, payment disputes, security threats, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account closure through support.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator, without limiting mandatory protections available in your country. We may update the terms as the product or law changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
