Safety and responsible generation

AI Use Policy

This policy explains the content you may not create or upload, how we review requests, and how to report safety or rights concerns.

Effective date: July 30, 2026

1. Purpose and scope

This AI Use Policy applies to prompts, reference photos, generated portraits, messages, and other material submitted to or created through AI Engagement Photos. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to every account and visitor using the generation features.

You must use the service lawfully, with the permissions needed for the people, works, brands, and other material in your inputs. Do not use an AI portrait to mislead people about a real event, relationship, identity, endorsement, or source.

2. Prohibited content

  • Sexual or NSFW content: explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content, sexual exploitation, or pornographic material.
  • Graphic violence or gore: extreme injury, dismemberment, cruelty, torture, glorification of real-world violence, or content intended to facilitate violence.
  • Hateful or harassing content: attacks or dehumanizing abuse targeting protected characteristics, extremist propaganda, threats, or encouragement of harassment.
  • Child sexual abuse or unsafe child content (CSAM): any sexualized depiction of a minor, grooming, exploitation, or content that places a child at sexual or serious physical risk. We do not permit uploads of minors for this product.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation: non-consensual face swaps, deceptive identity claims, fraudulent evidence, fake endorsements, or images intended to defraud, harass, extort, or evade safety controls.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: uploads or outputs that use protected works, logos, likenesses, or brands without authorization, or that falsely imply sponsorship, affiliation, or ownership.

3. Review and moderation

We use automated safeguards, provider safety systems, account and request signals, and human review when reasonably necessary to detect or investigate prohibited or high-risk content. A request may be blocked, delayed, altered, or declined, and a generated result may be withheld or removed.

We may preserve relevant records, restrict access, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or rights holders. We do not guarantee that automated safeguards will detect every violation, so users remain responsible for their submissions and outputs.

4. Enforcement and account action

  • Remove or prevent access to a prompt, upload, or generated result.
  • Limit generation, credits, uploads, or other account capabilities while a review is pending.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in serious, repeated, deceptive, unlawful, or dangerous conduct.
  • Report suspected child exploitation, credible threats, or other matters to appropriate authorities when required or reasonably necessary for safety.
  • Decline refunds or restore access where the violation involves fraud, unlawful content, or material breach, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

5. Reporting a concern

To report prohibited content, suspected impersonation, copyright or trademark misuse, child-safety concerns, or another violation, use the Contact Support link below. Include the relevant account email, generation ID or page URL, and a short description. Do not attach illegal or exploitative material unless our support team specifically requests a safe reporting format.

For an urgent threat to a person or a child, contact local emergency services or the relevant child-safety or law-enforcement authority first, then notify us through support. We review reports, take action where appropriate, and may request additional information to verify a rights claim.

6. Reviews and appeals

If a request was blocked or an account was restricted in error, contact support from the account email with the generation or account reference and an explanation. We may review the decision, but safety, legal, provider, and rights constraints may limit what we can restore or disclose.

We may update this policy as models, safeguards, laws, or provider requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
